This policy explains what personal data Livomind ("we", "us") collects through livomind.com and through the apps we publish, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Livomind is a proprietorship based in Pilani, Rajasthan, India, run by Diya Sharma.

What we collect on this website

  • Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. We use these only to reply to you.
  • Basic server logs: our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Our apps

Each Livomind app has its own privacy section in its store listing and inside the app, describing exactly what that app collects. Across all our apps we follow the same rules:

  • We collect only the data an app needs to work.
  • We ask for permission before accessing sensitive data such as health information, your camera or your location.
  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • Where an app stores health or research data, it is encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • AI features explain information; they do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional about your health.

How long we keep data

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for no longer than 24 months unless we have an ongoing conversation or a legal reason to keep them. App data retention is described in each app.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the website and apps (for example hosting, email and cloud infrastructure), under agreements that require them to protect it, or when the law requires us to.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent you have given, by emailing contact@livomind.com. We handle requests in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other laws that apply to you.

Children

Our website and apps are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data without verifiable parental consent.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes inside an app, we'll tell you in the app.
